Power points:  can take 2 or 3 prongs.....extra adapters & plugs can be bought at local shop if necessary

Furniture: provided. Extras can be requested

Toilets: Western style - see photo 12

Bed linen/blankets/towels:  mostly provided (need to buy 2nd set of sheets)

Crockery/cutlery: provided

Water/electricity: c.70Yuan per month (c.f. photo 11: bucket.....use waste water in toilet..). Each unit has its own water & electricity meter

Mosquito net - needed most of the year, even in Winter! (see photo 06)
