Need for a centre in this area.....

Sunday: Area K rubbish collectors (just behind new gold KO centre). People,
adults and children, have only two, sometimes only one, meal a day: a bowl of
noodles. Above photos were taken at 5pm and children eating bananas had not had
anything to eat in the day before the bananas.
