Area L  - going away from railway station towards the brewery - a group of 30 adults (10 of the 15 women are expecting) and 10 children - from Henan - based at yet another rubbish collection centre - living in a next door abandoned factory - no electricity, no water, no toilets, very little money for hospital bills 
- Hong Kong's Vietnamese refugee camps were much better.
