Problem:
transporting 5-7 containers of rice/vegetables from Mazenod Center kitchen to
hungry people at Xavier and Assisi centers......then the slow dishing out of
food to long line of people....then transporting containers back to Mazenod
Solution:
put food in 60 rice boxes....one for each person (special boxes for
children)...this solution used last night for meal at Xavier....but photographer
was so busy giving out the boxes (+ putting stamp on each person's hand to
prevent boomerang guests) that he forgot to take any photos until only a few
people around having a chat at end of meal
